Advanced bata de cola class designed to challenge: besides working to perfect accuracy, nuance, stamina & contra, etc., we will focus on refining bata technique (prioritising safety), balance and body control so as to prevent tension from arising and create harmonious, fluid movement with a spectacular new choreography.
